On transmit, most likely you have an open connection somewhere. Check part orientation first on diodes, transistors,? electrolytic caps. If all is well, look at those solder joints in transmit section under magnifier. Were any missed? Refl8w any that look suspicious.?? check that coil before the final to see if it has continuity.? it maybe something this simple.
