Problem solved !
I used the 20k trimmer at R24, and replaced R21 by 10k
I didn't have to change R49 because by coincidence, I did receive an extra 10k resistor in my kit.
Rig powers up fine and I could do all the adjustments as described.
Now have to wait for 20m to open up and make a first qso ... I couldn't hear any CW signal this evening, also on my IC7300 the band was completely dead.
