IF earphone jack shorts to ground = No Audio that is true
BUT not affect the voltages on IC-10a, as cap C-51 provides isolation
unless it is shorted ~ then the voltages would be "low"?

In my case the voltages on IC-10a are all 12.5v ~ suspect it's shorted
need to find a replacement "stateside" HI . . .? LM4562 or equivalent,
it is just a amp and buffer output stage.

I know all about those very tiny lost tracks fiddling with T1. Glad you were able to repair!

Your earphone jack may be shorting to ground (Know issues). Try removing the electrolytic just before the socket and putting in circuit with an external socket. That should prove the fault. I also suspected IC10 but it was much simpler than that :)
