Hi,

I have now replaced all the BS170s at Q1, Q2 and Q3? - no difference. Pin 1 of IC3 has 4.75V on it key up and 4.72V on it key down.?

The gates (Q2 centre pin) have 5.58V key up and 5.52V key down.
