I'd say it was a driver problem too.?
Google Zadig and give that ago to load the drivers for the USBasp or USBtiny if those are the programmers you are using. I've used them in windows 10 and XP with great results.?

Hello all. Enjoying my QCX on 40 metres. Trying to upgrade firmware to 1.00c, using the How To document. But when I try to run AVRDUDESS, I get the error message "The application has failed to start because libus0.dll was not found".
I'm okay with radios, but not so good with computers. This was a Windows 10 computer, so I tried with an old Windows XP laptop. Exactly the same error. Am I alone in having this problem, and can any one help, please?
