Re: Power on issue solved on my QCX :-)

Hi Mike?

I do not have any experience with AVRs. I read in the datasheet that you can set the fuse bits for a time-out-dalay after reset of about 65 ms. This should be enough for the the 100 microH and the 220 microF. Or not? Or are there big power supply current jumps during the beginning of the code?

The fuses ARE already set for the 65ms start-up delay. There should not be any large power jumps on start-up. It's a bit of a mystery why some people see it and some don't. I never get it here, on any of three power supplies I have used for it, and on 4 different QCX builds (of various development phases). Reducing that 100uH inductor to 47uH seems to do the trick... so the next kits manufactured will have this change.?
