I'd seen these designs on the Internet using T50-3 cores which I happen to have in stock..

arrived with you I'd have the instructions up to date. However, I wanted to
get the instructions done first because I want people to beware how many
turns are required, so they don't order and end up with a nasty surprise!
On 600m the inductors are 64, 70, 64 turns. On 2200m, the inductors are all
105 turns. Particularly 2200m is quite a lot of winding! So people should
be warned, before they buy!
