So you might have a problem in the power sensing area (T507 I think).

Do you have a dummy load, or any other way of measuring output externally?

I added that jumper and power still reads 0.0 on Diagnostics screen when pressing "T". I did confirm again, that when testing power, the power transistors are all warming up, so they are doing something.?
