Hello. ?I have seen these measurements and symptoms on many QMX rigs after some kind of failure. ?It is most certainly the cpu being damaged. ?It¡¯s common for a cpu to sort of work like yours but 1 or 2 pins have been blown. ?It¡¯s always caused by an over voltage to those pins. ?Various faults in the SMPS circuits can create this condition.

I have a small supply of CPUs that I purchase from Hans every few months. ?It¡¯s very difficult to safely and reliably ship one. ?I get them in a special tray when Hans sends them to me. ? They are extremely fragile and subject to damage very easily.
