Many of us are getting very different calibration curves, some of the phase ones look crazy.
Your phase error plots that don't go up to about 2600 (x-axis, 12V build) are 'incomplete'.? You can retry them individually, sometimes that causes them to complete.? Hans is working on a fix.? On the bands that have incomplete phase error plots I have experience audio distortion; you can just turn off 'phase compensation' in the menu to avoid that if it happens for you.

As for the VOX, I had a similar issue the other day; I turned on VOX and it didn't respond.? I realized I had the SSB input set to USB, rather than Ext. mic.? So check the input setting - the microphone calibration screen ignores that setting, and works directly on the mic signal.
