Q507 and the BS170's are replaced. Q507 and one BS170 was broken.
Still the same problem: No output.
Now I have an oscilloscope so I can proceed with the tests you, Ludwig suggested.?

Resistance Vdd - Gnd is 183 ohms so I should replace D109. But how? It sits in very tight place.
If I manage to remove it, I'll replace it with a conventional zener.
I happen to have some 3,6V 400mA zeners, can I use these?
