Thanks for suggestion and info. I have measured resistance between all pins (2-3,3-4, 4-5....) and except pin 2&3 resistance it in Mohms, usually 5-12MOhm. However between pin 2-3 I have only 7kohm the same value as between pin 1-2. Is there any significance in this values?
