Also, there's a rule that the envelope must be flexible to get the low rate. In the case of international USPS mail, it is very punitive. If the envelope is not flexible, it is price the same as a box!

There is another rule that says if the letter is over 1/4" thick, it goes into a new rate structure - and I would never send a card like that without a bit of padding to avoid destruction in the postal service machines, so it will definitely be over 1/4".? I think those 330uH inductors by themselves are over 1/4".
