Qmx deaf on 20 meter band

Hello my QMX after installing the latest version of the beta software for SSB has become completely deaf on 20 meter band. In transmissions everything is ok, the other band are ok also in reception- (it's the 80/20 meter Qmx).
I tried to install the official version 1_00_027 again but nothing changes. What can I try to do? ?Any idea ?
