Unfortunately you can't.? There is another rule that says if the letter is over 1/4" thick, it goes into a new rate structure - and I would never send a card like that without a bit of padding to avoid destruction in the postal service machines, so it will definitely be over 1/4".? I think those 330uH inductors by themselves are over 1/4".
