Something about mic AGC
With mic AGC on and default settings after tapping 3 or 4 times on the mic hole (external mic) the audio received by an other TRX is gone. Tapping means a very high audio level. I guess the AGC is lowering the mic volume a lot.? It takes around 12 sec to bring the normal audio back. But during this time the recovering audio is much distorted for a while.

If someone producing accidentally very loud noise for a moment the speech transmission could be interrupted for 10 sec or so without knowing by the speeker. This is only if mic AGC is ON. And of course, it must be very loud noise. Tapping one time was not enough. There is a cumulation. I guess the chance for the speech interruption is very low.
