Look on Amazon, Ali Express TEMU etc for Z-Match Tuner. It has a resistive bridge / Tayloe type SWR indicator so in tune mode, the radio doesn’t see a worse than 2:1 march, and seems to work OK. It has settings for low and high impedance. e.g.
