Q4: Gate 7.29 V? (TX 7.34 V)
? ? ? ?Source 14.24 V (TX equal)? (I saw with a loupe that Drain is not connected to pad, I think intentionally?)
R10: 7.29/14.24 V
R11: 0.24/7.29 V
L1: 0.99/1.01 V (TX plus 0.1 V)
L2: 0.24/0.26 V (TX plus 0.1 V)
Q6: Gate 0.24 V
? ? ? ?Drain 0.0 V
? ? ? ?Source 0.0 V (TX 0.14 V)

Evan, what is ment by "being open" of R10, L10 or Q4?
