Such receive errors could potentially also come from open or crossed connections on your trifilar transformer T401, or similar issues on L401a/b.?? Open connections on these can creep in if the enamel coating doesn't get removed enough from the wires.? So I would visually check and touch up (or "burn in") those connections first, in case that is the problem, before sending it off to get fixed.
