When the ATU is reseted all relays switch on. My reading from the schematic is, that in this case all LC is put in the circuit.
So the opposite from being bypassed.

Based on my tuning experiments with the single button and trying to reset the ATU with a long press, I think it effectively goes into bypass with relays de-energized.

But to really consider worst case, does anyone have the output spec on the QMX SMPS handy?
