That waveform looks about right - much better and much different than the one before.? I think something changed more than just your scope settings and probe.
Your scope is showing about 10x the voltage it should, so you probably have your scope probe switch at 1x, with your scope set for a 10x probe.? If your probe has a 10x switch, switch it, and you should get a cleaner waveform, and also show the correct voltage, which is around 5Vp-p, rather than 50Vp-p.
