After a lot of troubleshooting and some sage advice from Jeff W1NC I was able to track the problem down to a bad PCM1804 chip.? I replaced the chip and I now get audio out!? All the hardware tests are returning nominal results.? So, case closed on this one.? Thanks to everyone for the help!
