I recently finished my 80-20 QMX and it's just so cool to play around with and take pride in what I built. I bought a (what I later learned was a knock-off) QRP Guys No-tune EFHW with the eventual intention of adding links to cover all the bands. So currently I have wire cut just a bit longer than what's needed for 20m, and am trying to start small (also a new General license holder). However, when I plug in my headphones (standard Apple wired headphones) all I get is what sounds like a CW sidetone? I attempted to disconnect and reconnect the antenna to see if there would be a change and it doesn't look like there's an actual connection to the radio? I'm not too sure where to start, but I'm comfortable with a soldering iron and poking around the PCBs. Included are some photos from an attempted lunch-time listen session. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
