There is a drawback. If by some lucy coincidence you come up with the same receipe, you will be free to produce your own drink, under your own brand, thah will be tasting like the coke. And since nobody published it before, you will be able to successfully claim for patent. And if granted, you will be able to force Coca-Cola to stop their production as it violates your rights.
