Looking at the schematic, you would likely need some adapting for a dynamic mic.
The circuit supplies a 3.3V (VDD) bias voltage to the mic via a 2.2k resistor: so you would likely need the DC block.
Also, the mic signal is simply received into the processor pin between 10k resistors to power and ground, so it is wired for high impedance.? The low impedance of a dynamic mic wouldn't directly work well, but you could wire in a tiny audio transformer.
