I had this, it turned out that the encoder wasn't properly soldered, even though it all looked good. I'd make sure you touch up and get plenty of solder in those holes for the encoder switch

I recently finished my QMX. The single and double click on the right rotary encoder knob do not function. Turning the knob for the VFO does function. I checked in the hardware diagnostics and confirmed no input is received when single and double pressing. I checked the solder joints on the encoder. Any troubleshooting ideas are appreciated. Thank you.
