Oh, indeed (and not). So its not an overload but an open connection. The result looks similar, Duty cycle is reaching Duty max and a low Voltage or 0 V is produced by the SMPS. One thing is weird. You have ADC_3V3 with some voltage. With a broken L102 I would expect 0V. So it looked to me more like an overload.

A while ago someone reported about the same broken L. He told it was broken by fastening the nut.
