Well, I received the new power supply boards, installed them, powered up with 7v and 250mah and I'm still not getting computer to recognize the radio. Tried two different computers, Windows 11 and Linux Mint, and 3 different confirmed good USB cables. I sent an email off to Jeff and I'm hoping he can repair it - I've reached the end of my troubleshooting abilities! Thanks everyone for the advice.
