He took it home and used his older Mac Air and it updated easily. ?He can’t explain why but says this is not unusual. ?His newer Mac laptop works fine for his QMX. ?So keep trying. Maybe try a different lap top or a different USB cable.? ? Be the REASON someone smiles today.
