I second the recommendation of the HardRock 50.? It has an optional antenna tuner (which also enables 60 meters) which is quite effective and can be used in QRP mode with the amp bypassed.? There is also a QSK board option.
Support is excellent and the build was easy.? If you don't like winding toroids, The Toroid Guy will sell you a full set; the tuner option comes fully built.
Mine makes over 50 watts (can be driven much higher, but why ask for trouble?) driven with 4 watts or less on HF bands.? The built-in VSWR/power metering is accurate.
It accepts positive or negative external keying inputs.??
