Bill, there was a bug in the f/w where the tip and ring settings were reversed. So if you had a mono plug- in the past Straight key setting needed to be Ring, now it needs to be set to Tip, which is the correct setting. If you have it set to Both it wouldn't work right with a mono plug. If you have a stereo plug it will work correctly. Check the Op Manual for 026 for a better explanation and more details.?
