I've got a similar issue with the bias current all over the place and 0 duty cycle with my QMX+. TX looks like its there at roughly 5W on all bands, but not constant. Transmitter voltage also varies around 9v
I've replaced c504 and also swapped out both of the smps boards to test and no joy.??
L501 has a bit of a chip out of it, but the winding looks ok and there's continuity between the + sides of D502 and C504 so looks continuous.

Anyone have any thoughts where I should look next??
