Good question.
Looks like the TS-480 used a combination of FW, SH, and SL whose behavior was determined by EX 045.
EX 034 specified the CW sidetone.
I'd be tempted to use SH and SL as high and low cutoff.
But after converting your list of passband and center combinations to the corresponding high and low cutoff combinations, I think that would be pretty non-intuitive.
Perhaps you could just make up custom commands.
I noticed that CF and BW are not taken.? :-)?
