When I have time I am going to try and make shielded secondary windings out of tiny coaxial cable, grounded at one end so that it serves as an electrostatic shield between windings, thus only allowing magnetic coupling.
Don, a while ago I've made this when building my hi band QMX. The result was not significant better than for my lo band QMX with much spacing between the one turn windings and the 10 turns windings. Of course the high band operates on higher frequencies, but for 20 m the SWR was not much different.
