You might try connecting it to a different computer and try a different USB port on your computer. I am not able to use the high speed blue USB ports..?

No, you will not have any display until you download the firmware. You need to connect the xcvr. to your computer with a USB-C cable and follow the download instructions. Once you get a good download you will see the display light up.
Hi Mike, the display should light up at least! There¡¯s absolutely nothing. And as mentioned in the post, the USB isn¡¯t recognised so it¡¯s not possible to install firmware.?
