A bit off topic, but I have been out of the amateur radio game for a bit and have some time this summer to dip back into it with some CW.? I've decided to take the Adam Savage approach of getting the least expensive, while still reasonably functional, version of what I want to use until I decide I want a better one.? So, what's the latest on cheap, or modestly priced, paddles for portable work these days?
A couple of options that have popped up are the CW Morse 3D printed paddles and some stainless steel paddles on Ali (Item 1005006679928703, for anyone who's interested.)?
