On the bench supply, my 9V QMX consumes a little over 1A on transmit.? I'm putting together two approaches for field power:
- A Bioenno 9V, 3Ah LiFePo battery
- A 9V low dropout linear regulator (I used a Rohm BA90DD0T from DigiKey) powered by my 30Ah 13.6V Bioenno battery.? (Be sure to put the regulator on a heat sink, it gets hot otherwise.)
