hi Paul, I loaded the different firmware 3 times, but now the PC doesn't recognize the qmx as a flash drive but as an audio device, I don't understand why.

Once firmware is loaded, the QMX won't show itself as a flash drive. But, there is an option in the main menu to update firmware. Use that, and you should see the flash drive for updating. It's covered in the manual, I think.
