Yes, I had the QCX-mini running off a battery, in practice mode, but just in case, had it connected to the QRP Labs Dummy Load (love that little thing).
The PA was getting the PTT signal from the QCX-mini, signal in from the Signal Generator, and running out into a substantial 200 Watt 50 ohm dummy load.? Actually, had a power meter on output of the PA then into the dummy load.? thanks.?? Problem turned out to be the buck converter powering the QCX+, not the PA.
