Your spots show a Maidenhead 6 character locator and the balloon transmitter transmits a Maidenhead 4 character locator so the U4B tracking firmware disregards the M6 spots .
This is caused by Wsprnet knowing your calls location and changing the DM33 to DM33tq? as soon as you fly away this will not be a problem but for testing it is.
what I do is go to wsjtx settings and change my locator from a M6 to an M4? ?in my case change FN03 to FN04 and upload some spots at which point? if you change to DM34 and upload your received call spots wsprnet will start to think your callsign locator is at DM34 instead of DM33tq? and things will work as expected.
I also you suggest you join the pico balloon groups which has a lot of information for U4B balloons??/g/picoballoon/topics
