The WTST and RWTST are rigged/designed for the specific impedance of the BS170s at 9 and 12V so what FET R does the FDT86256 give at these two voltages and do they match the ~12Ohms and ~16Ohms of the Class D with BS170s
You may nave to look at different ratios to achieve a proper match.?
