While RD16 is a good RF device it offers nothing is switch mode (class-d) service
as it has a poor Rds-on which is typical of RF service devices.
Note: the RD-16 has a breakdown voltage of 50 Volts, BS170 is 60 V, IRF510 is 100V.?
It is not a direct replacement for IRF510 either.
As to bias, you do not bias switch mode, its intended to have the gate saturated (on state)
or completely off.? IF run as a biased class B or AB push-pull amplifier the likely power
output would be very low maybe .3 or .4W.? The ACT00 is not a high power output.
