Relative to power sequencing: would there be any advantage to using the PWR_ON switch to route V_IN to the "+12V" connection on Q102 (only) for bringing 78M33 3.3V up first/fast to the Micro. The Micro would still control LIN_REG_EN for switching over to the SMPS 3.3V and would control PWR_HOLD for +12V and 5V SMPS supply through Q103 and Q105.
