I believe Walmart just allows other vendors to advertise on there website.? Similar to what Amazon does.

I have started a group named "C509" right here on groups.io for parts. When my QMX was missing an SMD capacitor C509, Rick, NF6G sent me a few in an envelope. The intent of group C509 is for all of us to list what we have excess and are willing to send. Source should be indicated as well.
