I just finished my QMX build, and all is OK after replacing a cracked C526, either by too much heat or careless wire cutters.? But all is good after replacement.?
I guess lack of AGC means I'll have to be careful when using earbuds to listen to the QMX.? I was listening today to a weak signal so I had the volume turned up.? All of a sudden a VERY STRONG station responded, and I was scrambling to pull the earbuds and reduce the volume. I'll use an external speaker until AGC is added to the firmware.
