Got that pin soldered that I left un-soldered after misunderstanding the instructions.
Have found a missing part! C509 is not on the board. C510 is and it is a 0603 sizes SMD marked "103." C510 is SUPPOSED to be a 2.2μ according to the parts list. C509 s'posed to be a .1μ ... C509 was there at one time but appears to have bee on edge with a solder bridge. Broke out the solder bridge. This might have something to do withe the receiver being deaf....
