No, I explained in the release notes that this transmitter test function is now incorporated into the "Diagnostics" screen. All the "Transmitter test" functionality is now present in the diagnostics screen.

-'P' does not show up after power cycle; must go into menu and exit before it reappears. There is no power out during this time even though lack of 'P' would make you think it is not in practice mode.
