QPP is a group for any Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, or Transgender person (GLBT). We are a group of ex-pats in Panama, local Panamanians, or those that have a special interest in Panama and would like to discuss various subjects, e-mail, talk and make friends. It is also a way to notify members of our dinner social on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
A lack of respect and a closed mind for different opinions are often the cause of a lot of anguish, also on message boards. Therefore, as it is done among good friends, the subjects of politics and religion are not to be discussed. And what remains is everything else, as long as it is with respect and without name calling or foul language. Since we are a Panama based group and most members already live in Panama, we are of course also open for our Panamanian GLBT friends, even if their English is as limited as the Spanish of most of us ex-pats.
