New improvements that will be available in build 209:

- New indicator: Full featured Envelopes coded in cpp
- Possibility to display the total number of bars
- 2 new drawing tools:
??????? - Time Ruler (in minutes, hours, days or bars): calculates the difference between 2 dates
??????? - Price Ruler: calculates the difference between 2 prices
