Folks,
Today we had a quorum this morning at the Southern Recipes Grill.
We held an official meeting where:
- Jim W5WN was elected President
- Jay W5GM was elected Secretary
- Jeff N5ITU was elected Sergeant at Arms
- A discussion was began over purpose and duties of the elected
- Collecting dues was discussed but shunned by all in attendance
- The Secretary stated that minutes would be posted before
bedtime
- The meeting was adjourned at or around 1300CST
